"it is not very often that I go out of my way to write a review but I was compelled to do so today because of an unusually positive experience with Shaun Reeves and his State Farm team. Our house was struck by an intense bolt of lightening a few weeks ago which took out a costly in-house A/V system and some appliances. Prior experience with previous insurance companies has resulted in doing battle to have my claim validated and damage covered. With Shaun and his team, we were asked to produce a few documents and proof of damage and we were quickly reimbursed in order to cover our loss and set on the way to getting our system restored and appliance repairs made.
